It takes 1 to 3 working days to accept the payment after the transaction is completed.
May be you provide incorrect details like consumer no, account no OR late payment fee not added to the outstanding bill amount OR may be it technical issues at the biller's end.

yes, the receipt will be automatically send to your registered email and also you can get it from my transaction/order history sections.

You can load money in your wallet using following options:
UPI - (BHIM UPI, Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe)
Card - (any credit/debit card of Rupay, Mastercard, Visa)
Payment Gateway - (Paytm, Rozarpay)
No, you can not transfer wallet balance to your account. You can use it only on our platform.
You can add maximum 2000 in you wallet.


Full KYC involves submission of a valid Proof of Identity & Proof of Address with in-person verification. On successful completion, you will be offered enhanced limits & other features.
you would require the following documents.

The name or photo provided by you does not match with the details contained in the KYC documents.
The KYC documents uploaded are incorrect or invalid.
